Purposes
To be a partner for a few and selected manufacturers or distributors in the inner national market and for important companies abroad, in order to become a pole for designing and for production of boats manufactured by plastomeere proofed fabric, only & always with brands of our customers and not through a self trading organization.
To achive this purposes, the inner staff has been increased and a production in a new bigger plant has been displaced. Moreover, the range of r.i.b.s. to offer will be developed to different models and sizes and the reseachs about new materials and new technical solutions are always undertaken.

Range
Siner”g” does not restrict its own range; nowadays , in addition to its own range of slatted,air-deck and r.i.b.s. tenders (hulls of our ownership or supplied by our customers) , we manufacture tubes for inflatable boats up to 5 mt. lenght (untill now we do not receive requests for longer lenghts); our technologies and experiences allow us to make projects and supply any kind and size of inflatable boats if manufactured with plastomeere.

R » No it doesn't, as for instance we also design and manufacture various inflatable structures like banana boats and inflatable rings as watertoys.

R » The minimim quanitity to order is 10 pcs. for the slatted and air-deck tenders, 6 pcs. for the r.i.b.s.
important special requests compared to the basic model will be valued at a time.

R » Unfortunately we do not sell our tenders neither to final customers nor to shops.
We only sell our tenders to inflatable boat manufactures,distributors or shipyards. Try to ask for the shipyards where you purchased your boat.

R » The tenders are manufactured with polyester fabric 1100 dtex covered with pvc compounds; the fabric is supplied by company Mehler (Germany), the leading company manufacturing p.v.c. fabrics for inflatable boats

R » The seams of the tube are realized through hot-air thermo-welding machine .
Some accessories are welded through high frequency welding machine. Others parts, like assembling of tube to the hull are glued in cold environment with two-components p.u. adhesives.

R » Yes it is and it is easy glueing parts without grinding .
it is necessary using two-components p.u. adhesives suitable to p.v.c. inflatable boats.

R » The rigid hulls are first quality fiberglass hand-made by our selected suppliers.

R » Yes , of course.
Besides the accessories showed in our web site, we can also offer various range of benches, consoles, boat-covers, snap davits, and many others spare parts. Moreover we are enable to manufacture special accessories under request of the customers.

R » Yes, we can design and supply any boat size if manufactured in p.v.c. or p.u. fabrics.
